1. Record Your Dream
Before you book a dream session, make sure you have a dream recorded that you would like to interpret.
Keeping a dream journal is a great way to train your mind to remember your dreams.
Another way is to use a Dream app on your phone.
Pay attention to all details in your dream and don’t leave anything out!
People, objects, settings, places, colors, numbers, emotions, etc are all very important to the meaning of the dream.
2. Be Open
Dream analysis is a type of self-exploration. It can lead to great insights, but in order for it to work best you need to approach the dream session with an open mind and open heart.
In my sessions I will ask you a number of questions and prompts which will engage you in the exploration. Be open to the questions and try to answer them as honestly as possible.
3. Be Comfortable
Dream sessions are for you, so always make sure you are comfortable. I offer both audio and video sessions, so choose whatever one you feel most comfortable with.
At anytime, you can choose what you share or what you would rather not share.
You are free to accept or reject anything discussed in the session.
Keep in mind that dream sessions are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment and are purely for your education and inspiration.
4. Create Time
You’ve recorded your dream. You’ve affirmed that you are excited about embarking on an exploration into your inner guidance in your dreams. What’s next?
Now it’s time to book your dream session. Create time in your schedule for dream work.
Choose a time for your dream session where you can be fully present and free of interruptions or other distractions (as much as possible).
Sessions are available from 30- 60 minutes. Pick the appropriate session length, depending on how long your dream is, or if you want to discuss more than one.
Did you schedule a session and then find out you can’t make it? No problem, just send me an email within 24 hours of your scheduled time and we can reschedule your session for whatever time works best for you.
After the dream session, reflect for at least a week on what was discussed.
5. Reflect
Reflect on the results of your dream session over the course of the next week.
Sometimes the a-ha moment comes after we leave the session, rather than during.
Continue to record your dreams. The more you record, the more you will remember and the more you can use to transform your life.
