As Seen In: Authority Magazine: Five Lifestyle Tweaks That Will Help Support People’s Journey Towards Better Wellbeing

I recently had the privilege of being featured and interviewed by Authority Magazine, where I shared insights into my passion for dreamwork and how it can transform lives. Dream journaling, meditation, music, movement, and affirmations are five lifestyle tweaks I believe can significantly impact your journey towards better well-being. Here’s a closer look at my interview:

My Backstory: Growing up, I was always drawn to the mysterious and metaphysical. Life took me away from these curiosities until I faced multiple chronic conditions. During my healing journey, I rediscovered the wisdom within my dreams, leading me to help other women explore their inner guidance. Dreamwork allows us to unlock our potential and achieve true wellness.

The Most Interesting Story: One of the most intriguing moments in my career was when a thunderstorm interrupted my first on-air dream interpretation for my podcast. The power went out, symbolizing the unexpected twists life can bring. Despite the interruption, the episode turned out wonderfully, reminding me that even amidst chaos, powerful transformations can occur.

A Lesson from My Mistakes: As a young dreamer, I used to search for generic dream interpretations, which often left me unsatisfied. This led me to create the DreamMirrorTM Method, allowing individuals to uncover messages from their subconscious, empowering them to understand their personal associations and patterns.

Lifestyle Tweaks for Well-being:

  1. Dream Journal: Creating a daily habit of journaling dreams can provide insight into your subconscious and hidden meanings within them.
  2. Meditation: Cultivate spiritual awareness and mental wellness through moments of stillness. It positively affects both physical and mental well-being.
  3. Music: Sound can heal your body and soul. Explore sound healing or frequency music for a natural boost to your wellness.
  4. Movement: Incorporate mindful movement, like yoga, into your routine for emotional balance and overall health.
  5. Affirmations: Strengthen the connection between your subconscious mind and conscious intentions through positive affirmations.

Starting a Movement: I would start a global transformation to empower women to tap into and trust their dreams. Listening to your inner voice can have far-reaching, positive impacts on collective well-being.
